EM Fellows Program

The Enrollment Managment (EM) Fellows Program is our premiere professional development opportunity for EM staff. Read further to learn more about the program, eligibility requirements and how to apply.

Program Overview

Individual staff members in EM can learn about functions in other units by spending time “shadowing” staff there and observing meetings, work processes, and staff interactions. In addition, members of the exchange program cohort will meet periodically as a group to share experiences, multiplying the benefit of the program. The duration of the EM Fellow experience can range from one semester to one academic year depending on the fellow’s interest and the nature of the work being observed.

Eligibility:

Have a PMP overall evaluation of “effective” or higher
Have the approval of their supervisor and director to participate.
