EM Fellows Program

Program Overview

The Enrollment Management Fellows Program is a unique opportunity for EM staff to grow professionally while gaining a broader understanding of how Enrollment Management works.

Through a combination of mentorship and shadowing, Fellows will:

  • Learn how different Enrollment Management offices operate
  • Build critical workplace skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning
  • Develop cross-functional relationships

Upon completion of program requirements, participants will earn a digital badge—a credential that recognizes their commitment to professional growth and can be proudly displayed on LinkedIn, résumés, or internal performance portfolios.

Eligibility:

A Fellow must:

  • Have worked in Enrollment Management (EM) for at least one year in their current full-time, permanent position
  • Have a PMP overall evaluation of “effective” or higher
  • Have approval from their supervisor and director to participate

A Host is selected by their department and must:

  • Have worked in EM for at least one year in their current full-time, permanent position
  • Have at least two years of experience in their field
  • Have a PMP overall evaluation of “effective” or higher
  • Have approval from their supervisor to participate

Explain the value to you and to EM of you learning more about the function
Describe how you propose to observe this function (number of hours, weeks, etc.)
