
The Enrollment Management Fellows Program is a unique opportunity for EM staff to grow professionally while gaining a broader understanding of how Enrollment Management works.
Through a combination of mentorship and shadowing, Fellows will:
- Learn how different Enrollment Management offices operate
- Build critical workplace skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning
- Develop cross-functional relationships
Upon completion of program requirements, participants will earn a digital badge—a credential that recognizes their commitment to professional growth and can be proudly displayed on LinkedIn, résumés, or internal performance portfolios.
Eligibility:
A Fellow must:
- Have worked in Enrollment Management (EM) for at least one year in their current full-time, permanent position
- Have a PMP overall evaluation of “effective” or higher
- Have approval from their supervisor and director to participate
A Host is selected by their department and must:
- Have worked in EM for at least one year in their current full-time, permanent position
- Have at least two years of experience in their field
- Have a PMP overall evaluation of “effective” or higher
- Have approval from their supervisor to participate
